If you are an existing RMJ Technologies, Inc. learner, upon receiving payment you will be enrolled on the course and you will receive an email confirming this.


Due to the nature of the intellectual property within the course content RMJ Technologies, Inc. does not offer refunds once you have been enrolled on a course and logged into the LearnUpon LMS.

A full refund is available within fourteen days providing you have not logged into the LMS.

Course access

RMJ Technologies, Inc. cannot guarantee that access to the course materials will be uninterrupted.

However the relationship between RMJ Technologies, Inc. and LearnUpon LMS is such that LearnUpon LMS will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the LMS available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for:

  • planned downtime, of which LearnUpon shall give us at least 8 hours’ notice and of which RMJ Technologies, Inc. will inform you as soon as possible, bearing in mind the time difference between Ireland, where LearnUpon are based, and San Marcos, California where RMJ Technologies, Inc. are based; or
  • any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Absorbs reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems (other than those involving LearnUpon employees), or Internet service provider failures or delays.

Intellectual property

All course materials are the property of RMJ Technologies, Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, downloaded, uploaded, forwarded, published, reverse engineered, disassembled or used in any manner prejudicial to RMJ Technologies, Inc. interests and legal rights.

The downloading of single copies of pdf documents (course notes) is permitted only for personal study.

Any other use will infringe the intellectual property rights of RMJ Technologies, Inc. for which RMJ Technologies, Inc. reserves the rights to bring legal proceedings.

Currency of materials

All course content is created in accordance with the current driving standards and reasonable efforts are made to ensure that the materials are updated promptly, in light of significant changes to legislation and guidance, or the requirements of the approving bodies.
